Voter Education

We make voting easier through varied voter education programs.

The League of Women Voters of New Hampshire Education Fund conducts voter service and citizen education activities. It is a nonpartisan nonprofit public policy educational organization, which:

• Builds citizen participation in the democratic process.

• Supports League studies of key community issues at all government levels in an unbiased manner.

• Enables people to seek positive solutions to public policy issues through education and conflict management.

Recent projects made possible by the League of Women Voters of New Hampshire Education Fund, of benefit to New Hampshire citizens, include the publication "Financing New Hampshire" (2006), describing the state's tax system, and the brochure "Change the Constitution?" (2006), providing information on proposed amendments to the State Consitution presented to voters in the 2006 general election.

Donations to the League of Women Voters of New Hampshire Education Fund, a 501(c)(3)corporation, are fully tax-deductible where allowed by law.
